a romantic haven
late concierge warm smile lovely team
i spent several nights here and found it very special. the concierge services were helpful, open late to assist with dinner reservations. bellman lorenzo dylan greeted us each day with a warm smile and even took wonderful photos. i plan to return soon with my beloved. the entire team.
the hotel charged twice the deposit when i checked in. i believe this is an issue that can be resolved with better staff training. the reception team needs improvement to address guest concerns effectively. it was certainly an inconvenience.

delicious food is available at the hotel's restaurant with outside seating. the roof top bar is also a good option. the grand club offers a spread in the early afternoon between 5 and 7 pm.

every member of the hotel team was courteous. they were eager to help us, always had a smile, and offered personalized attention. we got a lovely tray to celebrate our anniversary, including delicious cakes.

a nice hyatt experience
breakfast variety metro access
i stayed for five nights and appreciated the breakfast buffet. it presented varied options. i enjoyed convenient access to the metro station. it made city exploration simple. the hotel spa provided very relaxing moments. the steam room and sauna enhanced my experience.
the elevator system seemed slow. waiting times occasionally felt long. this impacted my ability to move around quickly.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The location is near a metro station. It was easy to get around the city. The room had automatic curtains and nice lighting.
The hotel has an odd mix of technologies. The in-room TV did not have streaming available. Housekeeping missed coffee pods one day. The hotel presents guests with Europe's dynamic currency conversion.

the hop-on bus stop is very close to the hotel. the rooms were clean and they equipped them well. breakfast included many options.

i adored the spaciousness of my room. it was beautifully appointed (every detail seemed carefully chosen). the central air conditioning was effective, a welcome escape from the outside heat. i found the bedding comfortable, assuring restful nights.
the minibar area wasn't cleaned immediately after i checked in.
